it is postponed until something else major hits the news so they can resume with it (or clones of it) once again

They'll just revise it, but this is good news.
It's not about piracy anyways, they already have several acts in place for that including the DMCA. An example of this was yesterday when they shutdown the MegaVideo company and arrested multiple company leaders.
