You'll soon get to see it at your local LFS or on the Aquaflora website. Happy plantings!

Great meeting and chatting with you Tim!

Saw these at my LFS - so I had to get some. I've put them under some gravel, hoping they'll extend out with light since it's hard to workout which end to plant.

They always plant them right side up.

These are great looking aquaplants! I love the innovation!

I noticed one though was clearly cut out in a section with the roots on one side, so that one was clearly needing to be laid down and held down to form a carpet. Rather excited, I still can't find much info on the alternanthera reineckii 'Needle Leaf' type of plant other than what shows under the aquaflora website - very different than the althernanthera I knew.

    very interesting.

What is the shelf life for the plants when they are packaged like that? Is the packaged sealed tight or is there some opening in the top to allow air to go in and out? How can the plants survive if it is sealed?

well if its similar to their aquapaks, they'd have a breathing strip in there. Im waiting for a certain fish shop near by to carry there, just so i can have a look at them

There wasn't any sign of anything added inside. It was exactly my thought too when I saw them. It's sealed up much like a vacuum pack. I just know I only get a week out of plants put in bags.
