if I wanted to sign up as volunteer later on, do I still need to be registered?

No, we would transfer your status to volunteer. When we get closer to the auction date i will have a better idea of what volunteer duties i will require.

Same thing goes if you sign up as a buyer and want to be a seller later on we can always switch it over.

Yes she would have to register. Room capacity is strictly enforced. She must be a member of BCA to attend.

I have modified the rules a bit to try to give justification .

The problem we have is that we only have 200 seats, 200 is the max capacity of the venue and it's strictly enforced. If we have 100 people come and each bring 1 person that cuts it down to only 100 people ACTUALLY involved. I am not going to say no..but i would recommend this as a BCA member only event. I need to know very accurate numbers so i dont go over the 200 people. Because this is the FIRST year we are doing this i had no idea what to expect and will learn alot from this. BCA is all about family and we will learn as we go for future events.

I have to take all liability of sold items in concession, so i LOVE the contribution i'll have to decline ... I will take some home with me though lol
