Big Forum Overhaul Upgrade! Be prepared!

Hello Community,

with such recent events as our forum going down to a recent exploit i have finally bit the bullet and decided to upgrade the forum to the new software.

currently we are running on version 3.8 which has not been in development for almost 2 years now. The newer upgrade 4.x is far better and has been out of the testing phase long enough.

This involved a very complicated and difficult upgrade. I will be hiring a company to do the upgrade and help with making some of the old mods work such as (itrader) which is very important to me.

This will likely also fix some of the other problems we have experienced as the site refreshing or photos not displaying or upload problems.

I have been putting this OFF for 2 years now because of all the hassel but finally it's time.

This will cost probably over 500$ all said and done BUT i will give me the ability to access NEW features we could not get before plus it maybe faster as well. There is ALOT of exciting news with this new upgrade..

I am fairly hyped to get this going so please prepare for "some" downtime while this happens, might need a day or 2 before it gets functional.

I'll let everyone know when we will be implementing this. All the threads and posts will be the same, just maybe keep a hardcopy of any information on your pm's , or your personal notepad on your user control panel if you have any.
