    Got this in the mail. I followed the steps and was unable to retrieve my account and my 2000 VIP points....

    Anyone else having this sorta problem?

    We have upgraded our website to provide you with an easier and more enjoyable shopping experience!

    With the release of our new website come some changes to your account that we would like you to be aware of. Your account has been moved over to our new system; your USERNAME has been changed to your email address, and your password has been reset. This email contains a link that will allow you to change your password, and log back into the new website. All information on the account including your order history and VIP points balance will remain intact. If you have multiple accounts with VIP points, the points will be compiled into your new account.

    I received the same email to confirm your suspicions, however I haven't tried updating my account. Contact BigAls directly as there's likely a problem with the site if you have cookies enabled in your web browser.

    same problem here. i am waiting a day or two to let them get calls from other people so they can fix the errors..
    Let the current take you where you may not always want to go.

    Same here. I talked to their customer support yesterday to try to get things sorted out but it didnt happen. I'm still having issues this morning trying to change my password and log into my account. Give them time, I'm sure they'll get everything up and running soon.

    Hi There!



    We have worked out a temporary fix to the password issues! It seems as though the error message is false, and once you have reset your password, you are actually logged into your account! This is a minor glitch that we are working on, but at least you can access your account and view your VIP Points, and place orders if you desire. Once you have clicked on the link, and reset your password, you will see the error message to call customer service. Please IGNORE this message! If you look at the top right hand corner of the page, you should see LOGOUT, which means you are actually logged into your account!!! Click on My Account, and you should see your name, and your VIP Points balance. The link is only active the FIRST time you reset your password, so please use the first password you created. You will not be able to view your order history, or previous wish lists (at this time) but you can place orders. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and we will have everything worked out shortly! Should you have any additional troubles, please contact us!

    The login problem seems to be fixed now but are we still going to get the 15% discount code? I tried placing an order this morning but was getting this error..

    'The coupon or discount code does not exist. Please enter a valid coupon or promotion code.'

    To receive the BCAQUARIA Discount you will need to call in your order.

    The coupon will be begin to work again online by November 1st, 2010.

    I'm having account problems again. My password was rejected, so I requested a new one. Got a message that a new one had been sent to my email address, but it didn't arrive. Tried it twice!

    I just reset my password without issues. Double check your junkmail and if its not there try it again, as it worked for me.

    (?) I don't get it.
