account problems?

I'm having account problems again. My password was rejected, so I requested a new one. Got a message that a new one had been sent to my email address, but it didn't arrive. Tried it twice!

Could it be the wrong email address?...I have a few and sometimes can't get them straight.

That's a good thought. I tried it twice the other night. There must have been some glitch with the system that night, because I was able to reset my password tonight. Phew!

I tried to order last week but the discount wasn't working.I called and they said that it should be ready by Friday. That was last Friday, so it should be good to go.
