    Default Big Al's website problem

I saw this morning that big al's was having a sale on filters and saw the Eheim 2213 was on sale for 99.99. So i thought it was a great deal and was going to buy it. After i added the code it $85 with free shipping, but before i could purchase i realized my debit visa card wouldn't have enough funds. So i decided to go to the bank, fill up the card with sufficient funds and afterwards go have some lunch. When i returned to my computer the Filter was at full price. So i called their number and got a guy on phone saying he could get me the sale price but not the discount. I ended skipping on buying the filter.

If you can resolve this problem i would be happy to buy to filter!

    all the best,
    Stefan

Be prepared for duty and brokerage/handling charges if it's being shipped from the US to Canada via UPS.

I got the tip on the filter from Tang daddy, and same thing happened to me. Was able to grab the filter for $81 USD shipped to the letter carrier. Can't wait!
