I ordered twice to take advantage of the Tax-Free offer as per your Canadian website - Big Als Pets Canada

The 1st order has arrived, but FEDEX is not releasing the items unless I pay them the Import Duties/Tax.

This completely defeats the Tax-Free offer as I end up paying from this end? - even if it is now to them rather than to you?

Can someone from Big Al's clarify the situation?

Kim I'm presuming that you ordered off of the US side and that is why you are facing Duties/Taxes as we do not use Fedex for Canadian Orders.

You are absolutely correct - the FEDEX was for another item my wife bought from the US - I was not aware of this. The only shipment I was expecting was from you guys.

I should have checked the details first - Thanks for clarifying this for us!
