    I would like to know why when you go onto bigalsonline.ca many of the items are not available?

    I know the site is having some issues and they are suppose to be fixed by Oct but it seems that many items are not available.

    Is big als closing down or is it just their site thats not working well?

    I don't know if this area is for the bigaslonline.ca but maybe someone can answer my question.

    the website just kind of... sucks, ive always had trouble with it, whether it be not loading or vastly different pricing VS the US site or getting the promised BCA discount/shipping.
    ?!?!?!?!

    Thanks for the reply. I have read the blog a few times. I also just recieved an order from them last week. But what I was wanting to know was about the site itself. The same stuff I ordered says its not available which is really weird. I did place the order online but in order to recieve the bcaquaria discount you have to call them and they will apply the 15% to your order once you give them the order number.

    Just a heads up though, when my order arrived there was no discount so I called them back and they were going to forward it to billing which in turn emailed me to say it has been applied to my credit card now. So will wait to see if it shows up on my statement and if it does not then I will call again.

    Sure hope they get this all resolved soon, I order from them a couple times a year but right now they advise anyone wanting to order to phone them directly.

    As the letter from Big Al's states the E-Commerce Company dealing with our past site went into receivership.

    The webstore front we are currently using requires each item to be individually uploaded. This process is taking longer then expected.

    We are aware that there are many items that are currently not available on the website. If you have placed an order anytime before the month of August please feel free to speak with Josh to see if the item you can not see online is available. If it is, we are able to place a manual order for these items and have them shipped to you.

    We are not closing our doors, we have hit a speed bump along the way and are working hard to provide a much better customer experience by launching a website that will be feature rich, convenient, and as always, secure. We do apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
