Hi all! Today I had a customer bring a shipping issue to my attention. He had tried to order a couple of products through my website and was quoted $45 where the shipping charge should only have been $15. After hearing about this I tried a mock order and was quoted $110 shipping for an order that should ship for $15. If I was placing an order on a website and saw this I would run and never go back. Now I understand why there were so many abandoned shopping carts over the past week! These ridiculously high shipping charges were not intentional, my apologies to anyone that was affected by this glitch. I have since found and resolved the problem. Additionally I am going to offer free shipping on dry goods for the rest of February (the only exclusions are live fish, live plants and frozen food).
