It's not the size so much as the intensive care. My line of work requires that I travel from time to time, so I cannot always be there to daily water changes and feed 5 times a day, plus I don't like bare bottom tanks. So as long as you think they are big enough to be raised with adult discus, then I'm ready to take them.

4" or larger would be good for your needs. It will be early summer before any of these reach that size. I have a few types from earlier spawns that in the 4"-5" range. I'll be posting them shortly. I also have lots of imports in the 4"+ size.

If I'm not careful, I think I'm going to put myself down for 2-3 of the CAF Red Turquoise. *sigh* Right now they won't fit into my community tank (heard they don't do well with other fish) and they prefer higher temp waters. I keep my tank in the high 70s, so I think I'm safe for now.

I've got an extra tank I can turn into a bare bottom tank to grow them out by themselves, so please put me down for 2-3 of your CAF red turqs please. So they will be ready in a week or two?

Yes, those ones will be ready in 1-2 weeks. You may run into bullying issues with a group or two or three. Four would be better and five or six would be ideal for spreading out the aggression. I'll send you a PM and we can discuss it further.
