Finally figure out the type of these two unexpected tag along...
Potamotrygon scobina - belem
The bigger one (at the back of the photo) has more yellow spotting along with those irregular shape pattern like the one in the photo. They are both 6" and up.
The second one, I have not yet photograph as it is slowly getting its health back. It was very skinny, and the smallest of all the rays that came in.
It is a motoro with a tiger tail.
Let me explain.
A regular motoro has the orange spot, then black rim around the orange spot. The tail of a regular motoro is usually black with broken pattern of yellow.
This motoro came in a bit different. The spot is yellow and has no black rim around it. The tail is black with solid yellow stripe. I see if I can take a photo of it.
