In that case, if you have any of the $10 ones when I am able to get it, I will take one. Not sure when that will be though, so no problem if you run out.

I've got about 5 of the $10 left. No worries, I'll see Gwyneth hopefully soon so she can pick it up for you. I've been feeding them blood worms and algae wafers

I can always ship them to you if you like. They are very hardy and can handle the shipping. I've already shipped a pair to the island and they made it just fine.

PS. Shipping is pretty quick and cheap to you as you're in BC.

I can vouch for that. Patrick has shipped shrimp, daphnia and even microworm cultures to me, Richmond to PoCo. Given what it would cost in time and 3 zone bus fare, it was quite reasonable.

    Hi, Ilam,

So far, my orange crayfish don't seem to need anything special. They seem happy to eat everything but they don't eat plants. They like a hiding place but don't spend much time hiding. They're not very shy. I moved two from one tank into another tank in the middle of the night without acclimatizing them to the water first (sudden transfer) and they did not go into shock. I add Equilibrium to the water but don't know if they need it.

For my tanks, my pH is 6.8-7. My TDS is 150-200. I have some structure in the tanks for them to hide in when required. I don't use a heater in the tank but then again, I think the room is at least 22-24 degrees. And I use a sponge filter for filtration. For food, it's blood worms and algae wafer. I hope that helps. Cheers
