Funny eating behavior - June/24/2011

Yup, I have seen it.

The white knife fish is using its mouth to push water into the sand. It blows the sand away to see if there is any food underneath. It is quite funny.

I am going to try to record this behavior. Unlike other knife fish that likes to hide, this one is out in the open and moving all the time.
