Default Indoor grown live daphnia cultures!!

Well, I've started to grow more of these as people have been asking on a regular basis either to feed their amphibians or fish. Each culture will include both large adults and babies. There's a guaranteed 100+ daphnia in each culture of various sizes.

    Each culture is $5

I've also got daphina food at $5 each. Otherwise, you can feed them green water, or yeast.

What is this daphnia food that you are selling? I've just been feeding mine a mix of green water and yeast.

Well, I've got a formulated mix of 'special' ingredients.

But otherwise, green water and yeast also works.

could i use these as a staple food for my dwarf puffers? problem ive been having is they ignore all the blood worms that fall to the bottom, at least daphnia would just swim around live if they ignored them for a while.

are dwarf puffers even capable of catching these? (maybe a stupid q)

Yup, they can catch them. The daphnia doesn't swim very fast.

Yeah, their jerky up and down swimming instantly attracts attention from my tetras and rainbowfish. I've read that they make good food for dwarf puffers as well, which makes me glad I have a daphnia culture all set up and going for when I get my puffers in the near future
