Default update photos of new arrival - June/24/2011

Finally got the pre-order out the door... What a night... neighbor must think we have a late night party and everyone is taking a bag or two bags of food to go.

Air Canada bump my cargo and then delayed the flight further. I was a minute before they closed the cargo office when I got all 14 boxes...

Thought I will take a little break to update the condition...

I ordered 6 x-large vampire tetra (tatauaia), none of them made it. I should have known better but I thought I gave it another try. I guess all those bumping cargo and delay did not help. On the bright side, I also ordered some smaller one and they are all fine.

The white knifefish is amazing. It is eating worms already. Its eating behavior is funny. It looks like it is blowing towards the worm, then whatever comes off from the ground, then it will suck it in.

The gold xantus, you have to come in person to see this beauty. Eventhough this is not a 100% gold, but the size and condition is beautiful and healthy. If I have to put a %, I would say this is at least 85-90% gold. Only the dorsal has brown.

3 types of Swamp eels sp. They are about 6"-7"-8" long. Want to grow out a monster fish in a smaller tank, now is your chance.

    Pieball

    Red and green

Zebra oto. is huge. Almost double the size of the last one.

Red pencil is nice and red. A little on the smaller size but they are quite healthy.

Rhynchodoras woodsi, if you want a rare catfish and don't like big catfish, this is it. Remind of of a niger catfish, without the ripsaw on its side, elongated, and stay small.

L226 are nice and good size.

Ancistrus sp. - I ordered the L88 but this is not it. It has a faint green spots on the top half of the body.

Fox face catfish is big. They come in at 6"-7.5".

Marble hatchet, not even 1 died in 2 bags... Quite nice condition this time.

Jumbo cory - trust me, they are big

Did I mention 3 types of stingrays? Motoro, Peru hystrix, and Peru flower

I will update more with photo later on.
