Video - Tiger knife fish and Marble motoro stingray - May/14/2011

this is a good size comparison. The tank is 48" long. The tiger knife is measured at 16.5". The thickest part of the body is the same if not bigger than a ebo-jager heater diameter.

The ray is a story of its own. This male came with very little to no pattern or marking at all. As you can see in the video, the pattern is starting to darken up even in a very light substrate. It is always crazy about food especially with live blackworm. It will eat earthworm as well.

It is quite hard to video the tiger knife as it doesn't like bright light. And the pattern gotten darker as it doesn't like my bare tank with nothing for it to hide in.

and that ray is a fatty! patterns change all the time! just like wine, they get better with time/age!

Great video and throw some ramshorns snails in with the knife fish and see what happens
