looks like maybe silver tip BN or baby common.

Looks like a Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus or what's been commonly called a "Ranger" pleco. This guy is going to be huge in a year.

Well guess another reason to upgrade my tank to something bigger haha...
All of the common/sailfin/ranger plecos actually have quite the personality, if you have space for them. But you'll need a 75 gallon or bigger tank to house them proper, as they get to be a foot+.
