What's the difference between...

Hi guys. Just wondering what's the difference between Albino BN plecos and the L144 pleco.

L144 doesn't have red eyes.
My L144

the 144s are said to be descended from a single male specimen introduced into the hobby years ago. That's still under vigorous debate.
As you can see from ninez's photo, the '144's are not albino. Dark eyes and a different body colour than the albinos.

Oh also, L144 is much more yellow than Albino BN pleco and grows faster than Albino BN pleco as well.

and they dont have that wierd pale but spotted body color
l144 are much more attractive

What about the size? Do they both stay small? around 3-5"

So only difference between them is the eyes and that L144's are yellower then Albino's?

I think they will be about the same size.
However, my albino grows slower than the L144.

My L 144 has blue eyes.

One of the ABLP I got from Ursus Sapien in my grow out tank has moved into the cave I hope the female joins him.
