Aragamax Sugar Sized Sand OK for african Cichlids?

What kind of aragnite do people use for their african cichlids?

I just bought Aragamax™Sugar Sized Sand would this be ok for them?

thats perfect for them they love digging through it and ive even noticed my yellow lab sifting it through its gills, something i never saw before i had sand this fine
some sulawesi snails in there are great too cuz they stay in the sand keep it oxygenated and clean up all the leftover food when they come out at night

I used it before and it works great. It is pretty light though and will get blown around a bit by any strong currents. But is a great buffer for africans. I mixed it with moon sand to get a nice low maintenance look.
