blood parrots really dull orange

my parrots color are really dull any food suggestions that would bring out there colors more? iam currently feeding them nls..omega brine shrimp, bloodworms, and raw peeled shrimp...any suggestions?

okay what you gotta do is a 20 percent water change every week and also keep your tempeture around 83 to 86. this time of the year when the weather changes alot of the members will have problems with thier tank. your parrots are probably just stressed out and even though it may not seem like they have ick but due to the weather change they stress alot alot. add some salt also when water change is perforemed and make sure they get lots of food to eat.
