Was it shipped from out of town? Packed in blue water (bag buddies)? Laying flat on it's side?

We just picked it up from Rogers Aquatics in surrey, about 6:45. Got home around 7:20 and started to slowly climatize it.It just layed on its side at the bottom of the bucket.

To climatize I also put the newcomer in a bucket with the water provided. Then every 10 min I add my water. I do this for about 40-50 min. It has always worked great. Now the fish is in a 20 gallon on it's own. Last I heard it was swimming around.
