    Looks to be a Haplochromis genus but unsure of the specific species.

    Perhaps he just wants to know what fish he has on his hands...

    I know pretty much nil about africans, but perhaps blue dolphin?

    It has similarities to the blue dolphin cichlid but hard to say what it really is without a better look at the mouth and tail. Any other pictures?

    I have blue dolphins and I'm sure thats not it. I will try to take a better photo if he will stay still long enough to pose. LOL

    hmm, ya hard to tell then without mouth and tail showing, very immature dolphins look like that, if not then my second guess is Otopharynx of some sort, not sure the exact species they are that falls under the "won’t last in my mbuna tank” category so i’m a bit rusty of specifics with that species

    You said you have others and were sure this isnt one?? I don't see others in the pic's is it possible were confusing blue zebra (Metriaclima Callainos), Which i do see in the background, With Blue dolphin (cyrtocara moori)
