question regarding food

hey everyone, question here i'm going to make some of my own food for my Africians, I'm going to do a turkey heart mixture with spinach,peas sprilina,shrimp. Now my question is, is the gizards and kidney's ok to use also in this mixture???

actually it's not alot of work, maybe 10 15 mins work thats about it, then freeze it..

no worries now, i'm on to something here, i dropped in half a cube and my Afrjust icians Devoured it, I was a little worried about to much protein, but with the amount of Spirulina and veggie matter that is mixed in with the turkey, no problem.
I didn't add any Gelitan to this mix, but after i fed them there was hardly any residual left over floating in the tank, my next batch i make will have gelitan in it just so that it will sink to the bottom of the tank.,

I'm going to give it a week or so then if anyone wants some let me know...
