    Default Satanoperca daemon

I bought this 7"+ daemon a couple of months ago (thanks again Simon!) and he's become my favourite fish in my cichlid tank. Daemon's are quite drab looking when they're juvies, but they sure do colour up nicely when they mature. He's got a great disposition as well. He's the biggest fish in the tank but he never bullies the others.

A real beauty, and looks very healthy, nice photo quality too. I keep African Cichlids but looks like I need to expand my horizons.

Thanks everyone! I took the photo with my camera on the 'sports' setting because my fish models didn't want to stay still for me. Once I get rid of my little brown algae problem I'll take some more shots of this guy & his tankmates (Geo tapajos, Geo abalios, various Angelfish, Rainbow cichlids, Festivum).
