What type of bottom cleaner...?

Just wondering what sorts of bottom feeders people keep with their african cichlids. I have only ever had cories, plecos, and botias and I want something a little different.

Be careful what you put in. I once had clown plecos. The Africans pecked their eyes out. They managed to survive okay, but not something I would do again.

BN pleco but they need to be a decent size alrdy or they get beaten up

trapdoor snails sometimes survive, ive got a pretty big one thats actually the oldest member of my tank atm

im gonna try some sulawesi snails cuz they should be able to stay alive in the substrate and aerate it as well.

Right now I have 2 Albino Bristlenose pleacos with my yellow lab yellow tail aceis. Might get some demasonis in later on too .
