Sorry, but...
If the bulbs have been used for 8 months already, they have maybe 2-4 months of life left if you're trying to keep corals. T5HO bulbs should be changed every 8 months for sps, and at least every 12 months for lps corals. NO T5HO bulbs would be good for corals for 8 months plus another 6-8 months.
