DOA Procedure (Dead On Arrival)
Live Arrival Guaranteed to any major airport within Canada

In the event of a DOA, a photo of the fish in its original/sealed bag must be sent to exoticaquaria@hotmail.com within 3 hours of the arrival time at the airport

- Replacement will be a fish of EQUAL value
- If a replacement fish cannot be found, money refund will apply
- Airline mishandling or delays are NOT covered by Exotic Aquaria
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
