Harolds computer is kaput he is going shopping for a new one this weekend. So hopefully he will answer any questions and pms soon.

Not only has my home computer decided to thrwart every attempt at internet access but I've been sick with the worst cold of my life all week and it is now beginning to work it's way down into my chest so I can just see another 4 or 5 days of pure misery ahead. I sneak into work when no one else is around to answer emails and PM's so I don't contaminate anyone. LOL
I've PM'd replies to all who have asked about shipping and specific fish this morning and will monitor PM's over the weekend.

Read up on the ph level of the body. Once I heard this from a Dr. I get far fewer colds and rarely catch a flu. It may help you get better quicker.

BTW, the diet to increase your alkalinity to make you healthier looks very much like the diabetic diet and the foods and feeding patterns we should all follow.

Hi Steve:
Thanks for the tips. Since my heart attack I have to follow the diet you mentioned. With all the meds I'm on I am really restricted as to what cold medications I can use as well but I think I have it on the run finally with the help of good old Buckleys.
