Well Kerry's passion is killifish so I'm sure he can hook you up with something suitable. If he had his way, he'd probably just stock killies, endlers & plants but his market would be pretty limited.

If you call Kerry at Fantasy Aquatics tomorrow (open all day on Friday), I'm sure he can answer your killifish question. [in my best Sgt. Schultz voice a la Hogan's Heroes] "I know nothing.... about killifish"

    Anthony
It looks like a Nigripinnis If it is the fish I am thinking it is, the correct/fullname is Nigripinnis Ibiscuto.......gorgeous fish and also VERY prolific Not that hard Anthony.

That is indeed a beautiful killifish! I'm intrigued.

Did we find out the name of it? Is it a Austrolebias nigripinnis Maschwitz? I have seen them only once or at least a similar species at another shop and was debating whether or not to get some. Never had killifish before, but they were tempting.

So now that we have the internet running at the shop again the two kinds we have in stock are Amphyosemion Bivitatum Funge which is the fish club members wear on hats and shirts and Amphyosemion Primigenium GBN 10 both of these I have had success with in a well planted tank, you do not need to pick and store the eggs but just see fry poking out of the moss one day my kind of killi. The idea of picking and waiting a year or whatever just not my idea of fun. As for you sea horse I am not a fanatic the killifish club is a group of people my age who talk fish rather than salt or wo to men and Bart gives a talk about different fish related topics and I learn something new something hard for a person my age. You also missed Guppies I'd be a guppykerry but george says there can only be one guppygeorge. Maybe I'm just pissed at my self I turned up the heat in the fish room to keep a bunch of dum Discus happy and killed my tanks of killies News Flash when they say you don't need a heater in a killi tank there is a reason don't heat the whole room.
Nigripinnis is not a beginners or intermedite fish I had some here because they were just to beautiful and I wanted people to see that you don't have to go to the dark side to have pretty fish (dark side is term for salt or sea horse fanatics). Sjoestedi should availabe local contact me and I will check.
