    I am so tossed which I should get, the led or the t5 set up Charles has, what's the difference between the lights other then the odvise. It's for a planted tank, some are med-high light.

    75 , mixed Africans
    33 , planted community...
    30 , fire belly toads, red zebra danios, longfin leopard danio,marbled cray,
    29 , discus growout contest
    20 , mixed shrimp, galaxy rasboras,
    20 , soon to be shrimp tank
    10 , marbled cray, endlers
    10 , cherry & pfr shrimp, crs
    2.5 , bettas
    lots of betta bowls....
    2 grumpy cats, a chocolate lab, a mated pair of leopard geckos,and a panther gecko!
    Welcome to my zoo... the rug rat is almost walking... Omg..

    You would want to skip the LED. If anything, you need the either the very highend 3w true 6500k yellow LED or the reef bright LED with 1w. I would get the HOT5 for your planted tank.

    Very nice Charles I have your LED over my 25g tall for 1 month may be. The plants are surviving. Definitely not as bright as I want them. It they are not good enough, I'll use them for night light Or use two !

    MOPS.ca is having their double bright and reef bright on sale. Pretty sure JL will price match them.
