Default Is my female GBR gonna die?!?!?!

It's now going on three days where she has been floating/swimming vertically head up....I have tried to feed peas thinking it might be constipation....I have been googling "Fish swimming vertically" what I got back was...constipation treat with peas...Swim Bladder...use some sorta med???

She was originally in the Bow all her lonesome.(for some time)..so I got a few more of her species thinking she may perk up...she did for a very short time and now this.
I'm really sad as I don't know what it is that's troubling her and how to help her....it kinda feels like she's gonna die :'(

I am treating the tank for ich....heat up to 87-8F, aquarium salt added every water change which i do everyday 50% and add the required amount to keep the salinity level steady since day one. This treatment started 9 days ago now, so I don't think it's that....I have an extra water pump going to oxygenate the water till treatment is done...All fish are now ich free but I'm staying on this for at least another 4 days to be on the safe side. Tested the water Ammonia is at 0, Nitrate is at .5......!!!!

Anyone out there please help me....help my lil fishy!!

Hello, don't know anything about that behavior but i know rams can be sensitive to nitrite, was you nitrite test before or after the water change ? also your temp might be too high. when i treat ich i use the salt but heat at 80 and always works for me. Cheers

I will start bringing down the temp every few hours....or should I wait longer intervals? Before and after I tested the water parameters, they read equal both times...

For the heat you don't want to drop it too much at once i would turn down the heater 2 degrees every 6 hrs to be safe. nitrite, ok do you have a canister filter ? if so you can get a media by Fluval called clear max works great keeps my nitrite at 0. Cheers

I treated an Oscar that had that with Epsom salt for nearly 3 weeks before it started to swim normally again.

I honestly thought it was a lost cause but to my surprised his swim bladder problems just went away one day

The nitrites are also at 0 too. The filter is an Aqueon 10 I think....
