Talking One more sleep til Discus... maybe ;)

    Woo Hoo!

I just had to get this off my chest.....

Only One more sleep til we find out who is in the Discus Grow Out Contest!!
I can hardly wait. Would be an awesome B-Day present just to get picked!

However, what AM I going to do with my new-and-ready 25gal if I don't get picked??

Hmmm... now I'm looking forward to that, too!

It's not just one winner, so Gordon can't "win".

I highly doubt that I will "win". Just kidding around with the draw. With my luck, haha.

Why not, you have the proper setups and lots of experience. I think you'll have a great chance at even winning the contest if you get in. I'd love to do it, but with my schedule, and lack of space (Wife would have my head), I couldn't enter.

A little unwarranted advice from a guy who's grown out a batch of CAF babies... Those kids produce a ton of slime! And it really seems irritate them. Every water change involved cleaning all glass and tank components with fresh paper towel. This will really help in keeping the water pristine.

    Good luck to everyone!

It's not just the babies. I have to do this every time I do a water change in my 100 gallon cube. Discus just appear to be slimey creatures.
