    Arrow One tough little pleco

I spent the day tearing down my 46 Bow front to move it to another room. Made up a temp tote tub home for the fish until tomorrow when I'm ready to put eveyone back, Air ,heater, filter etc. Buy about 4:30 pm I had every thing out of the tank, Some fake plants some live in a big dish pan is where I put all the fake plants all the live in the tote tub with the fish. At about 10pm I was cleaning up stuff out of the dish pan and found a silver tip pleco flopping around in the tub with only the wet fake plants. OMG I picked him up and put him into my 72 gallon tank hoping he would be ok he just swam out of my hand ond onto a piece of driftwood like nothing ever happened. I just checked him a few minutes ago and he seems all good. I figure he was out of the water for about 5 hours, incredible, they are very hardy indeed.

Catfish tend to be remarkably good at thriving in poor conditions.
I've heard of whole groups of LARGE catfish living in places where the water has all evaporated and there's nothing but a slimey watery sludge left. And they just sit there till the rains come and flood the area again.

    Glad yours made it haha!
