Tap water, sit for a week in pail. I add soil and almond leaf to closely match conditions in tank

Tap water with conditioner, often with a bit of Seachem Equilibrium as well.

tap water, no conditioner, if im water changing i buffer the water. Not sure what its been buffered to, but its always the same amounts i put in the bucket, so it remains stable.
