    Default Weird algae?

One of my tanks has a bunch of these things on the walls. They're white/beige/clear around 4mm-7mm. They kinda flop around with the current. I first noticed them on the Almond leaves now they are all over the side of my tank. It's really hard to take a clear photo of them so I did my best to draw them. Of them either "caught" a little worm or it got stuck to it and can't break free. Can anyone tell me what these are? Sorry for the picture

or spixi snails, which eat hydra. typically, though, hydra colonies die out on their own in the absence of micro crustaceans.
