Cool Hello From The Comox Valley

Hello forum, my name is Paul and I'm fairly new to the whole aquarium life. I picked up a 3 gallon tank (a marina goldfish starer kit) on sale about two months ago. I picked up 3 goldfish for it then the next day found out they were shubunkin and immediately returned them. Now i have two small comets in a 10 gallon tank an feel much better for it.

I found this forum through Google i wanted to find a good place online that dealt with fresh water fish (tips & trick, and local live stock) on Vancouver island

So I hope this is a start of a really long friendship!!

That's all for now forum, Sweet Dreams!!

hi Paul, welcome to the 'hood.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your goldies won't be able to stay in a 10 gallon for long. Minimum recommended space for adult fat-n-fancy goldfish is 20 gallons per fish; for comets, it's more like 40 gallons per fish.
