    My name is Ray (yes I'm a Canucks fan =P)

    I'm from China, but has been living in Canada for the last 10 years. I've been a fishkeeper since I was about ten, although I've been in love with fish since I was about 2 (My dad had a 250 gallon aggressive tank, and that was the first thing I saw that I remember; it was also my first word . I currently have 2 20 gallons and a 50 gallon long that I'm still in the process of stocking. I was actually refered to this site by a member, anessa, who came and visited the place I work at. I joined BCAquaria because I know that I will probably need help/advice some time in the future, and I like helping novice aquarists really get into the hobby, and also because I am hoping someone near Richmond/Vancouver may be breeding certain species of fish that I'm interested in =P

    We are an amalgamation of many different hobbyists here. There are dwarf shrimp, planted tanks, cichlid, goldfish/koi, pleco, catfish, betta, oddball, community, marine (FOWLR), and reef enthusiasts to name a few.
