About LinkBacksI am from Burnaby, BC. I only just started in to the marine aquarium hobby, like 5 months ago. I have had a lot of ups and down and I starting to get the hang of everything... I think i just need to save up enough money to buy a ro/di unit because I always have cyano and it has never stopped growing... I heard some part of the lower mainland have lots of phosphates in the tap water, that must be me lol.

Welcome to the site, lots of interesting stuff here.
Regarding the Ro/Di i'm not sure if that's your wisest investment, i've been in planted scene for jeez.. 10 years now and never needed it. There are other things causing the cyano which you should look into.
Post a separate thread about it and list all your hardware and what your doing.. and we will see if we can help you out with it

I just started a marine tank myself actually. I haven't had any luck with Cycle yet.
