    Smile join for a time but come here not very often

    i have joined BCAQUARIA for a time, but no much time come here very often.

    winter is coming , i am wondering if anybody use led aquarium lights for fish as usual ? fishes like blue light most or white light most ? anybody can give your opinion ? thanks

    Welcome to BCA.

    I use LEDs on my Vicenza (pics in my tank journal down here in my signature). Both white and blue ones as moonlights. I don't know about the fish, but I sure love them . It's definitely all LED for me from now on.

    Fish shouldn't have a preference I would think. It's your plants (if you have any) that would prefer the correct spectrum.

    I keep looking at making a LED hood for my 65gal planted aquarium but its always comes down to $$$$$.
