About LinkBacksHey, it's Jason here and I recently got the irresistible urge to get a tank going again.
...So I did! - resistance is indeed futile!!
I'd like to consider myself an intermediate hobbyist - began at age 11/12 - so, 20ish years. But I've been out of the game for 7/8 yrs or so.
I'm looking to talk with other enthusiasts, maybe make some connections, maybe even friends!
A week ago, I aquired a regular 33gal with a few goldfish and a few zebra danio's that came with the tank and 2 live plants... It's in front of the living room bay window, so I want a variety of plants. (the only direction I know I want to go.) -- I tried to upload a pic, but it failed... Will try again
Then my friend gave me a 10gal - perfect for live food, maybe babies, eventually.
I am looking for some items - for cheap - like me
- Slate/Lava rock
- and more live plants.
Anyone have good ideas or items they would part with??
I don't know what direction to go with this tank - cichlids (my fav) or schooling fish... or.... jeez idunno!!
Been surfing the net for local resources, and actually my friend (and yours) - eBay. ( Just won 50 killifish eggs for 39 cents plus 4 bucks shipping - Yes, I AM that cheap)
I'm entertaining ideas - old and new!
Please respond with anything at all, as I don't know the meaning of moderation, at times

I think the size restriction probably was the reason for the failed pic upload. I find less problems if you upload them to photobucket...copy the [IMG] code/link, then paste it on your post.
