as per your water parameters - ammonia poisoning. do an immediate large water change, at least 50% and keep doing so daily for the next couple days. Hopefully they bounce back.

Keep doing large water changes daily, and add Prime.

water changes will not harm your fish as long as you are using conditioners. 100% water changes are feasible, its not the water that counts, its the bacterica in the filter and substrate. an important thing to know about ammonia removers - they can undo what you are trying to do. your bacteria is what converts toxic ammonia to non toxic nitrates eventually. if you remove that ammonia directly, the bacteria die off due to the lack of food, once you stop using the product, the ammonia returns (because your bioload hasnt changed) and then your tank can crash again and have an ammonia spike.

the best remedy is 50% water changes daily, keep monitoring your parameters. once you see a drop, slowly drop your water changes daily from 50% down to 40.. etc. until it finally balances out at 0ppm.

I agree with everything above but not the 100% water change. That can be very hard on your fish, we dont recommend more than 50% daily.
