IPU tap water conditioner

I went to Richmond IPU today to get more tap water conditioner. To my surprise, there was none on the shelves. I asked and I was told they may get some (maybe) before christmas?? That's 3 months from now!
I was just wondering if it was discontinued. Thanx.

What? I was going to go up there as well. I guess it's back to Prime then. Doesn't it feel like the store is low or out of stock of items quite frequently?

I didn't ask about Burnaby store; you may want to call them before you go there. I've noticed that shelves in Richmond IPU were more empty than full, not sure why. They used to have good selection of chemicals before.

We have a new line of Conditioner coming from a different source. Until then we will bring back the Hikari conditioners as well as our usuals.

I also was surprised and saddened to see how little there was on the shelves when I stopped in at the Richmond location for the first time in ages. Sad to say, I wasn't very impressed

Still a good selection of fish though..!
