Default Revamped 1700 gallon FRT display

    Hey everyone!
We have recently revamped our Fly River display and it was no easy task! We have a German Discus order in processing and plan on adding some stunning examples of some great discus from one of our suppliers we have not imported for a while due to the change in currency.

We decided to move the larger 200lb. stump 180 degrees to form more of a central trunk, it worked out really well as the hiding spots for the loaches etc, are more visible. There are a handful of Siamensis, Madagascar Rainbows and Furcata Rainbows in addition. This display will be entirely Java Fern, Anubias and other adhering plants. We upgraded the lighting to a dual 150w HQI fixture and refinished the cabinet. We plan on maintaining the Fly River in there as well as he is VERY peaceful and a client favorite! We will see how he reacts to the Discus in the coming weeks!

    Looking good.

Once you get the Discus in there, Joseph and Shelley can work on their FRT/discus tanks!

Looks great Grant! Look very forward to seeing it progress with all the new additions. Does the FRT have a name? Being as you have had him so long and he's so popular, just wondered if he ever got a name.

Can't wait for it to be completed with the German Discus, then I can take my wife there and plant the seed for a built in in house tank that looks like that one
