    thanks guys!

another fun/successful import of hard to find fish! some of which has never been imported here before like the grouper and goonch cat!

im not too sure on how big the goonch will get. i guess it depends on the tank size that hes in as well. they grow well/fast in a big tank with a lot of fast flowing water like their natural habitat in india. these guys are the goonch that gets BIG. theres the yarelli thats found in thailand. mekong river but these ones im getting are wild caught from india.

perry, your welcome! i cant wait to see them in your MEGA tank. they will look great in there schooling with your jumbo loaches!

check my latest import thread. RARE FISH PART II for more exotics coming in!!! Including a man eating giant catfish with razor sharp teeth that will rip any fish apart!!!

Why do you have to import these rare fish close to December or close to my vacation. Crap!!! I'm missing out. Oh well hopefully next year innthe spring time again.

Just one thing about the goonch keep it in a cooler water or subtropical temp. They stop eating and let itself die of starvation if keep in too warm water above 82F. Place them in an outdoor pond during summer time, to eat the pesky racoons that tries to eat your kois.
