No, we don't take fish for store credit. (not the one in poco anyways)

Poco Mama is the Port Coquitlam location. Maple Ridge, Mission, Vancouver and North Vancouver Mr. Pet's locations all have someone that can post on the forums.

Was in there 2 weeks ago and staff told us that trade ins are not welcomed!!!!! What gives? Was a waste of time going in

Change of policies do happen. Maybe you should have called in about it first
Some stores do trade ins but only for certain types of fish, as I am sure if they HAd to take all trade ins theyd be overrun with plecos, guppies, and convicts.
