    Default Plants for Kois

Hey was wondering what plants i could keep outside with my kois.

I have about 20 kois some ranging to 1feet+ big in a 600g+ pond but every time i put any sort of plants in my kois would eat it to till there is nothing left. what would be big enough or good enough so that they wont nibble on it and that will grow nice

My dad used to keep 3 or 4 baby pools full of purple flower floating hiacinth, the koi would eat the big roots off of them and every day he would take some out o the pond and add some from the pools the roots had grown back on. No filters on the pools, i even found babies in them after a year or so lol. Got some lillies with alot of rock on top they might not eat up too bad, i got a pot in my pond now but i lost my big koi, all i got left now is 1 shebunkin and some huge comets that managed to survive my arros and red tailed cat i had some years back. The largest one is about a foot with its tails lol. If ya need some to start up with, i live on a huge lake im sure i can harvest ya some on a fishin trip here soon if ya want, let me know.

OH! I got some palms! I can send ya some seed they grow like wildfire! Let me know where to send them, they are growin the seed out now heres a pic.

If i leave the tops and they fall over into the water, new ones start growing from them, so extremely easy to make more of them. If left alone they will crack a pot in just a couple of years from all the roots and new shoots.
