whats wrong with my koi fish it just sits top os the pond does not go to the bottom

my koi fish doesnt swim only sits top of my pond sometimes come near it then it swims away and looks skiny can you tell me whats wrong with it maybe tell me what dieses he has or what medicine i can use to cure it thanks

tested water evrey thing fine but the fish only floats at the top of the pond can you tell me what medicine to use

do not worry. its not a big problem . may be there is something at bottom from what the fish is afraid. otherwise you will take the advise of a expert.
