    You should start feeding small amounts when the temps outside get to 15C-16C.Its still been a bit cold around the lowermainland, but careful observation on your behalf is needed.Better to under feed than over feed cause more than enough food can cause blockage in the digestive track, which then causes buoyancy problems and other issues.

    wow! i live way south lol in mississippi and untill this morning i dont think i have ever given any thought as to when to feed lol. our winter is very mild so i never stop feeding my comets and shebunkin. its very few winters that even get cold enough here to even get a little ice on the pond..

    I started feeding mine about 2 weeks ago every 2nd day and now am feeding daily.

    I tried feeding mine a couple of weeks ago and they were not interested in food.
    I tried feeding again today and they ate it.
    220 Gallon Turtle Tank
    210 Gallon Turtle Tank
    65 Gallon Turtle Tank
    50 Gallon Turtle tank
    2000 Gallon Turtle Pond
    Dart frog terrarium

    same my koi fish was not intrested in food but today they ate

    I feed my goldfish once the water temperature reaches about 55 and the fish are active.

    when the temp gets above 10C and they are swimming. they might eat. when the temp gets 15C is pretty much the green light. just feed and come back to see if therre is any foood.
