I've never seen this before but try logging out and logging back into your session and trying again.

I did try going out and emptied my cookies with no success.
it's definatly a problem on your end, with history or cache,
*To clear your cache:
FireFox: Tools > Options > Advanced > Network Tab > Clear cache now
Internet Explorer: Tools > Options > General tab > Browsing History subsection > "delete" button > "delete temporary files" button.
try that and give it a go, or try another browser
